Trekking and Interpretation
Our trekking areas have not been modified from their natural state nor have directional signage. They require an experienced local guide to traverse. Previous bushwalking experience is highly recommended. Walkers may encounter natural hazards such as steep slopes, unstable surfaces, encounters with fallen debris and obstacles, and minor water crossings. Based on the Australian Walking Track Grading System we have self graded our walks as between levels 4 and 5. Interpretation signs are present at the eco-safari site and Kalgabin (Honeymoon Springs).

Travel Insurance
We recommend that all passengers take out travel insurance.

We supply fresh meat, poultry and salads ensuring quality meals for all. If you have any special dietary needs please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. As mentioned we will enjoy billy tea and traditionally cooked damper and when ever possible we will sample some bush tucker and or fruits. However, please understand, just like the local supermarkets, everything is seasonal.

Travel Season
Our regular tours run from April to October during dry season (subject to change).  Wet season tours may be also be arranged. Some people say, that the best time to see the Kimberley is during the wet and we are lucky enough to have a mostly sealed all weather road and only 40kms of reasonable gravel road. Please contact us directly – prices are on application.

We do not accept responsibility for injury, death, theft or property damage, however caused. You must follow the lawful direction of our guides when travelling with us.  We reserve the right to cancel or alter our itinerary or parts of it, owing to circumstances beyond our control. This includes for cultural, seasonal, flooding or bad weather conditions including excessive rain or heat, and not meeting minimum tour numbers.

Payments and Cancellations
50% deposit is required at time of booking.  Final payment of tours is to be made at least 30 days prior to travel.  All cancellations received between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will be charged 50% of the tour price, 14 – 0 days will attract a 100% cancellation fee.  Date changes may be made up to 72 hours prior to the tour departure, subject to availability.  Failure to join the tour at the nominated pick up point at least 10 minutes prior to departure will forfeit your tour and attract a 100% cancellation fee – no refund will be made. All refunds will be paid within 14 days of receiving a written request which complies with the KDAT cancellation terms.
